Clover Foundation qualifies as a tax-exempt charitable organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code (IRC) and is exempt from federal income taxes. Donations to the Foundation are deductible as charitable contributions on income tax returns, subject to IRC limitations.
